Abe Construction Co., Ltd. is a construction company based in Otaru, Hokkaido, founded in 1939. For more than 87 years, it has contributed to the development of Otaru and the Shiribeshi region through civil engineering, public works, and construction for private clients. Its services cover a wide range of needs, including new homes, renovations, offices, shops, medical and welfare facilities, apartments, hotels, schools, factories, warehouses, and large-scale building repairs. The company also undertakes exterior works and other civil engineering projects, drawing on experience in both architecture and infrastructure.

Abe Construction has helped shape the region through work on historic and cultural landmarks, and has completed projects in Niseko, including new townhouses at Kasara Niseko Village and guest-room renovations at Hilton Niseko Village. For overseas clients, it offers English-language support for remote discussions, including through Zoom, to help clarify project requirements.

Beyond construction, its affiliated businesses support local activity through real estate, insurance, and building-material sales, a shop featuring regional foods, and Otaru’s officially authorized Nikka Whisky bar, Rita.
