Abella Women's

Abella Women’s Center is a nonprofit pregnancy medical clinic serving Quincy and Gadsden County, Florida. Its mission is to provide compassionate support and hope through education, material assistance, and community connections. The center assists people navigating planned and unplanned pregnancies, offering free, confidential services and information in English and Spanish.

Services include pregnancy testing, early pregnancy ultrasounds to confirm a viable uterine pregnancy, STI testing and treatment, prenatal and postnatal screenings, options counseling, and support for teens and men. The center also provides parenting classes and information about abortion, adoption, and parenting, along with support after abortion and practical pregnancy and family resources. Eligible clients may receive baby supplies, maternity items, and connections to community support. Appointments are available in Quincy, with phone support and some same-day appointments.

Abella Women’s Center is a licensed medical clinic operating under a licensed medical director in Florida. It does not perform or refer for abortions, but offers information to help clients understand their choices and ask questions.
