About Aaben Dans
Aaben Dans is a regional theater in Roskilde that focuses on dance as an expressive art form. We create innovative and cross-aesthetic stage art at a high artistic level, with the body at the forefront. Our diverse program caters to audiences of all ages, featuring performances that showcase the beauty and power of movement.
From enchanting shows like "GRO" for ages 1-5 to thought-provoking pieces like "What Can It Do - And What Should It Do?" for ages 7 and up, our lineup offers something for everyone. Additionally, we are actively involved in community outreach projects, such as the upcoming SWOP festival, where we engage with schools to create collaborative artwork. With the support of Roskilde Municipality, we are excited to announce the construction of a new dance studio to further our mission of bringing the joy of dance to all.
