A Better Choice Childcare is a Memphis childcare facility located at 4297 Stage Road, just off Austin Peay. The center serves children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Before- and after-school care is available, and the facility accepts state vouchers. Its programs are designed to support children’s learning and development in a safe, secure environment, with small-group settings that allow for individualized learning and interactive activities. Families can receive daily reports about their child’s progress.

The curriculum includes reading and writing, math and science, art, and critical thinking. Literacy instruction is supported by research, while everyday activities introduce math and science concepts. Art projects encourage creativity and self-expression, and critical-thinking activities focus on problem solving, prediction, and cause and effect. A Better Choice Childcare also provides information for families through its website, including a children’s supply list, transportation policy, and online billing and payment access.
