ALBERTA FIREARMS

Alberta Firearms is the firearms and outdoor-sporting division of Alberta Hardware, a family-owned business in Fort Macleod, Alberta. The hardware store was reopened by the Vandervalk family in April 2018, and its firearms business launched in June 2020. Building on the store’s small-town, customer-focused roots, Alberta Firearms serves customers seeking firearms, equipment, and practical product guidance.

Its selection includes centerfire and rimfire rifles, shotguns, air rifles, and revolvers, along with ammunition, optics, and reloading supplies. Shoppers can also find firearm parts and accessories, knives, gun safes, cases, cleaning and maintenance products, shooting gear, and hunting items such as calls and trail cameras. The retailer carries major brands as well as specialty makers including Christensen Arms, Fierce, Big Horn Armory, and Rizzini, and is a Henry Gold Dealer.

Alberta Firearms is located at 252 12th Street in Fort Macleod. Customers can contact the store by phone or email and visit during weekday and Saturday business hours. Ammunition, powder, and primers cannot be shipped because of their explosive potential.
