About ABLEnow
ABLEnow is the largest independent ABLE program in the United States, offering financial inclusion and independence for Americans with disabilities in all 50 states. Established as a result of a decade-long advocacy effort, ABLEnow was born from the need of parents in Virginia who recognized the inequity of not being able to save in their child’s name out of fear of losing essential services and support. The program was made possible by the Stephen Beck Jr.
Achieving a Better Life Experience Act, and is now administered by Virginia529, while PNC Bank serves as the account custodian. ABLEnow focuses on providing a wide array of resources and assistance, including professional guidance for building an ABLE savings plan, understanding qualified expenses, and ensuring a positive impact on benefits. Eligibility quizzes, webinars, and event offerings are also available, making ABLEnow an invaluable resource for individuals with disabilities seeking financial independence and security
