Welcome to A Blossoming Life, the online brand dedicated to health, wellness, and natural living. Founded by Amy Christian, a registered dietitian, wife, mom, and farmer, A Blossoming Life offers a wealth of resources and information to help you live your best life. Through her blog, Amy shares her favorite from-scratch recipes, daily life on their 4-acre farm in Oregon, natural homemade products, and everything in between.

With a background in nutrition and a passion for cooking, Amy's recipes are not only delicious but also promote overall well-being. In addition to recipes, A Blossoming Life provides DIY crafts, products made with essential oils, and helpful tips for living a more sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. Amy's personal journey to health and wellness inspired her to take control of her family's well-being by adopting a real-food diet and creating her own products and home remedies.
