Authentic Boxing Studio (ABS) is a boxing-focused training studio in Panama City, Panama, offering structured instruction for beginners and experienced participants. Its approach combines boxing technique, conditioning, high-intensity interval training, and progression through skill levels. Small-group classes provide personal coaching, while introductory sessions teach essential movement, stance, footwork, combinations, and defense from the ground up.

Programs include boxing fundamentals, technique and skill development, and cardio and functional-strength conditioning inspired by competitive boxers’ training. Sessions use structured rounds to build endurance, mobility, and explosive power. ABS also offers individual training focused on fitness, technique, and movement, with development tailored to personal goals. The studio welcomes children, young people, and adults, with children’s practices scheduled separately. Sparring is optional, directed, and conducted under trainer supervision with protective equipment.

New participants can attend a first session with gloves and wraps provided; equipment rental and wraps are available afterward, and the studio recommends owning personal gear. Members can review plans and fees or book an initial session for guidance.
