Absorbent Minds Montessori is a traditional Montessori school focused on nurturing children’s development and preparing them for the future. The school serves families at two British Columbia locations: Burnaby and Cloverdale. Its educational approach is supported by a Montessori curriculum, with information available for parents about the Montessori method, the benefits of Montessori education, and how it compares with traditional schooling.
Programs include half-day and all-day preschool and kindergarten. Half-day sessions are offered at both locations, with schedules varying by campus. All-day preschool and kindergarten are listed from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Absorbent Minds Montessori also provides before- and after-school care at Surrey Centre and AJ McLellan. The school shares details about its philosophy, mission and values, staff, curriculum, dress code, and registration process, and provides parent information about British Columbia subsidies and grants. Families can contact either campus to inquire about programs and enrollment.
