Abstract Jiu Jitsu Club (AJC & Acro of Kingwood) is a martial arts and fitness studio in Houston, Texas, focused on teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, acrobatics, and tumbling. Its instructors bring more than eight years of local and national BJJ competition experience, along with backgrounds in gymnastics, tumbling, and fitness. Programs are available for adults and children. Adult Jiu-Jitsu classes include both gi and no-gi training, with monthly curricula that break down positions and techniques. Kids’ classes combine practical self-defense with fitness, focus, and sound decision-making. Small-group acrobatics classes help students develop body awareness, control, creativity, and new skills; evaluations are required for these classes. Private lessons are also available upon request.
The facility includes dedicated Jiu-Jitsu mats, an acrobatics floor, workout equipment, showers, and a lounge area. Classes run on weekday mornings and evenings, with additional kids’ and acrobatics schedules.
