Acacia Creek is a leading not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that offers various levels of health care and support to promote vibrant living and successful aging. At Acacia Creek, residents can maintain their independence while enjoying a rewarding lifestyle, knowing that quality assistance is readily available. With a focus on holistic care, Acacia Creek provides four levels of care and support.
These include independent living, assisted living (providing help with daily activities), memory care (a secure environment with specially trained staff), and short- and long-term skilled nursing care.
