a academia Chamisso

Chamisso Sport’s Center is a fitness and wellness center in Cerquilho, São Paulo, Brazil, focused on aquatic activities and movement-based training. Opened in April 1997, it was a pioneer in bringing aquatic exercise to the city. The center is owned by Elisangela Chamiço Ferreira and her husband, Fernando Cesar Ferreira. Its name honors Roberto Luiz Chamiço, Elisangela’s father.

The center offers swimming and water aerobics, two aquatic activities that engage the whole body. It also provides Pilates in a climate-controlled studio, with sessions available for individuals, pairs, or groups of three. For people interested in running, Chamisso offers training that emphasizes technique as well as the importance of suitable clothing and footwear. Together, these programs offer customers different ways to exercise, from water-based fitness and studio instruction to running training.
