Academia dos Marinheiros is a nursery and kindergarten in Albufeira, Portugal, created in 2011 with children’s wellbeing at its centre. The school provides an educational environment designed to meet high standards of hygiene and safety, with facilities for both nursery and kindergarten care. Its educational approach places each child at the heart of learning, encouraging active participation and supporting children as they develop their own knowledge and skills.

Qualified educators guide this process through daily activities designed to make learning enjoyable and stimulate children’s development. The school also prioritises balanced, varied meals suited to children’s needs, including special diets. Menus are created by a nutritionist, and food is prepared on site.

Safety measures include reception services, biometric access control, personal accident insurance for children and closed-circuit video surveillance. Families can explore the facilities, request information or arrange a visit. Academia dos Marinheiros brings together early childhood education, attentive care, daily learning experiences and practical safeguards in one setting for families in Albufeira
