Η αναγνώριση αυτή επιφορτίζει την Ακαδημία Θεολογικών Σπουδών με περισσότερες ευθύνες και με νέα καθήκοντα για την προαγωγή και διεθνή προβολή της επιστημονικής θεολογικής έρευνας που επιτελείται στον τόπο μας, όσο και για τη ζωντανή και δημιουργική μαρτυρία της Ορθοδοξίας στο σύγχρονο κόσμο και μάλιστα στα παγκόσμια fora και στη διεθνή επιστημονική κοινότητα.

About Volos Academy
The Theological Studies Academy of Volos, recognized as a research center under Greek law 4310/2014, is dedicated to advancing and promoting theological scholarship both nationally and internationally. This esteemed institution serves as an open forum for dialogue between the Church, intellectuals, and society, offering a diverse range of programs, including thematic study cycles, international seminars, and conferences.
The Academy's research center encompasses specialized areas such as Choral Art and Musicology, the Study of Manuscript Tradition of the New Testament, Canonical Theology, Interreligious Studies, and the Research and Conservation of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine Monuments. Additionally, the Academy publishes valuable works through its publishing initiative, "Editions of Dimitriadou," which includes conference proceedings and theological literature.
