The Archdiocesan Commission for Apostolate of Mandarin-Speaking (ACAMS) was established on July 11, 1984, to promote and coordinate Mandarin-speaking Catholic ministries within the Catholic Archdiocese of Singapore. Headed by the Archbishop of Singapore, ACAMS is committed to leading and enhancing the faith education of Mandarin-speaking congregants through its various initiatives. The commission comprises a central executive committee, standing committee, and multiple working groups focusing on different areas, including youth engagement, family support, outreach to foreign workers, and liturgical coordination.

ACAMS organizes numerous activities and programs, including faith formation courses, youth events, and community outreach efforts to strengthen the faith and spiritual knowledge of its members.
