Acute Care Pediatrics (ACP) is a pediatric primary care provider serving families in Palatka and Palm Coast, Florida. Its team offers compassionate, family-centered care for infants, children, and teenagers, with an emphasis on listening to families and addressing each child’s needs. Services include well-child visits, annual physicals, sick visits, immunizations, and care for minor illnesses and injuries, such as fevers, infections, and cold or flu symptoms.

Preventive care may include growth measurements, physical examinations, hearing and vision checks, developmental and behavioral screenings, dental fluoride treatment, age-appropriate vaccines, and laboratory tests. ACP also offers behavioral and developmental health services, mental health video consultations, and telehealth visits, including evening virtual appointments on seven days a week. Families can ask providers about HPV and meningococcal B vaccines, as well as complimentary EKG testing.

Walk-ins are welcome, and a sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income; inability to pay does not prevent access to services. ACP is not an emergency room and does not provide emergency services
