Arizona ACC

Arizona ACC is the Arizona Chapter of the American College of Cardiology, serving cardiovascular professionals and care teams across the state. Its purpose is to help prevent cardiovascular disease and support optimal-quality care for people affected by it. The chapter also advises local and state government and professional organizations on cardiovascular issues, while promoting awareness of socioeconomic factors and access to high-quality heart care.

Guided by the College’s mission to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health, Arizona ACC emphasizes patient-centeredness, teamwork, collaboration, professionalism, and excellence. Its work reflects the broader ACC priorities of member engagement, education, knowledge sharing, care transformation, advocacy, and population health.

The chapter provides professional resources and opportunities for its community, including conferences and annual meetings, news and publications, past presentations, a career center, and information for fellows in training and cardiovascular teams. Its website also features sections on women in cardiology, quality, advocacy, and a scribe course.
