Access 2 Goals is a registered NDIS provider based in Wollongong, supporting people with disability across the Illawarra, including Shellharbour, Kiama and the South Coast. Founded from the experience of supporting a family member, the organisation aims to provide reliable, personal support shaped around each participant’s goals, routines and preferences. Its team brings lived experience and offers services for people with NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed funding.
Support includes one-to-one workers, community participation, social outings, group activities and wheelchair-accessible transport. Participants can also access Supported Independent Living, daily living and personal care, household tasks, accommodation and tenancy support, and help to develop life skills, find or keep a job, and navigate life transitions. Access 2 Goals provides disability home modifications, from smaller practical changes such as grab rails and ramps to larger projects arranged with licensed builders.
The provider supports participants to build independence and take part in the activities that matter to them.
