Access By Request is now Secure Remote Access by Admin By Request, a cloud-based remote device management solution within the Admin By Request ecosystem. It helps organizations provide employees, IT teams, and trusted vendors with the access they need while maintaining visibility and control. Connections are approved, end-to-end encrypted, logged, and supported by a complete audit trail, with security controls and session recording to help monitor remote activity.

The service offers three types of access. Unattended Access enables connections to servers, devices, and workstations using standard protocols, with cloud or on-premises deployment options, including support for agentless devices. Remote Support allows IT administrators to start secure screen-sharing and remote-control sessions directly with end users. Vendor Access gives external users and third-party vendors a secure route to internal devices through a dedicated external portal. Together, these capabilities provide a single platform for managing remote connections across an organization.
