The Association of Francophone Constitutional Courts (ACCF) is a key player in the promotion of constitutional law within the French-speaking community. By uniting 16 institutional networks, the ACCF facilitates the exchange of experiences and knowledge among its members, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances governance and justice in various jurisdictions.
The ACCF actively engages in discussions and initiatives related to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on Goal 16, which emphasizes peaceful, inclusive societies and access to justice. Their recent event, held in November 2023 in collaboration with the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), showcased significant contributions towards these objectives. During this 9th edition of the institutional networks’ days, members discussed strategies, shared practices, and evaluated their progress towards building effective, transparent institutions.
The ACCF strives to inform and empower its members through publications, partnerships, and a dedicated newsletter that keeps stakeholders updated on important developments and opportunities in constitutional law and governance.
