The Grenada National Accreditation Board (GNAB) was established in 2014 and is duly authorised by Act No. 15 of 2011 as amended by Act No. 31 of 2014. GNAB is responsible for quality assurance and accreditation of post-secondary and tertiary level institutions in Grenada and advising on the status of quality assurance and accreditation with respect to foreign or transnational, post-secondary and tertiary level programmes and institutions. GNAB is also responsible for delivering other services such as Evaluation of Credentials, Statements of Recognition/Verification, Equivalence assessments as well as advising on the accreditation status of institutions locally, regionally and internationally.

About Grenada National Accreditation Board
GNAB (Grenada National Accreditation Board) is an esteemed organization established in 2014 and authorized by Act No. 15 of 2011, as amended by Act No. 31 of 2014. GNAB plays a vital role in quality assurance and accreditation of post-secondary and tertiary level institutions in Grenada. Their services include institutional accreditation, programme accreditation, short course accreditation, research equivalence assessments, credential evaluation, and registration for the CSME certificate.
Accreditation by GNAB ensures that educational programs and institutions meet or exceed nationally accepted standards of quality, benefitting the public, current students, applicants, government agencies, and professional groups. The CSME certificate offered by GNAB empowers individuals to work in any country within the CARICOM region (except Haiti and Bahamas) by obtaining a 'Certificate of Verification' from GNAB.
