Accrue CPD is a service designed to automate continuing professional development record-keeping for Australian financial advisers and others who need to track their learning. It captures everyday reading, such as articles, regulatory updates and product papers, when users paste a URL or text. For substantive articles, Accrue can generate a short quiz; passing it provides evidence of learning and classifies the activity as accredited CPD.

Users can also upload certificates, which the platform reads to identify provider, dates, hours and CPD areas. Activities are organised across the six regulated CPD areas, and a live record supports year-end reporting. Accrue serves financial advisers, responsible managers, compliance staff, paraplanners, support staff, fund managers and other non-advising professionals.

Adviser records can be measured against the annual 40-hour minimum, including the applicable cap on reading hours, while other users can be tracked against their own relevant targets. Licensees can view team progress and generate reports. Accrue also supports transferring existing records from other platforms or spreadsheets, carrying over recorded hours and CPD areas
