ACE Barrels

ACE Barrels Co is a U.S. manufacturer specializing in precision, single-point-cut rifle barrels for competition shooters and hunters. The company focuses on quality and accuracy, using state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and custom-designed equipment to produce its rifle barrel blanks.

Each barrel blank is made to the customer’s specifications, including caliber, twist rate, contour, and overall length. After reaming and rifling, barrels are hand-lapped to create a smooth internal finish. ACE Barrels Co then checks bore dimensions and visually inspects each barrel as part of its production process.

Customers can order a custom barrel through the company’s online order form and consult its contour chart when selecting a configuration. For those seeking a quicker option, ACE Barrels Co also lists in-stock inventory, including prefits and contoured or uncontoured barrel blanks. The website provides information about the manufacturing process, ordering, frequently asked questions, and the company’s shooters, as well as a contact option for assistance with orders or product questions.
