Ace Tournament Services

Ace Tournament Services provides scoring, presentation, and event support for golf tournaments across Canada. With more than 20 years of experience and services delivered to over 3,500 tournaments, the company helps organizers create engaging experiences for players, sponsors, and guests.

Using Golf Genius software, Ace offers real-time wireless scoring, live leaderboards, and faster tournament results, with options for remote support or an on-site staff member. Its custom tournament websites can include online registration and payment, sponsorship packages, and tools that let golfers select tee times or starting holes. A web portal brings tournament results and event photos together for sharing with participants.

Ace also provides photography, including group and action shots, and supports post-round banquet presentations. These presentations can feature photos from the day, sponsor logos, winner slides, and tournament leaderboards on clubhouse televisions or projection screens. Wireless scoring can also create additional sponsor visibility through full-screen logos between holes and banners displayed during score entry.
