The Anti-Corruption Foundation

ACF International is the global branch of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, founded by Alexei Navalny. It continues his work and principles through international efforts to promote justice and freedom and challenge corruption, repression, and Russia’s war against Ukraine. The organization focuses on the people and networks that sustain Vladimir Putin’s regime, emphasizing accountability for those who benefit from it rather than ordinary citizens.

Its work includes developing targeted lists of corrupt officials, war criminals, propagandists, and other associates of the regime, and advocating for sanctions and personal accountability. ACF International engages with policymakers, parliamentarians, law enforcement agencies, and foreign leaders, submitting requests and campaigning for increased pressure on Putin’s inner circle and the seizure of assets identified through its investigations. It also exposes alleged money-laundering schemes and efforts to influence Western institutions, advocates for political prisoners, and works to counter the normalization of support for the war through media outreach and public campaigns. ACF International is part of the US-registered Anti-Corruption Foundation, a 501(c)(3) private foundation.
