ACG Health, also known as AIDS Care Group, is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded with a focus on HIV care, it has expanded its services to address the changing health needs of its patients and communities. Its team provides clinical and supportive care regardless of a person’s insurance status or ability to pay, with an emphasis on compassionate, personalized support.

Services include confidential STI testing, HIV testing and medical care for people living with HIV, and PrEP options for HIV prevention, including daily pills and injectable medication. ACG Health also offers primary and Mosaic Medical services, mental health care, opioid recovery support, Hepatitis C treatment, dentistry, and specialty pharmacy services. Its pharmacy supports areas including PrEP, HIV care, Hepatitis C treatment, and opioid use disorder management. STI screenings are available in Chester, Sharon Hill, and Reading. With locations and programs across the region, ACG Health combines medical treatment with supportive services to help people manage their health and well-being.
