About ACMAD
The African Center for Meteorological Applications for Development (ACMAD) is a pivotal institution established in 1985 by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). ACMAD serves as the continent's premier weather and climate monitoring center, dedicated to leveraging meteorological science for sustainable development across Africa.
