Acqua di Bianchi is an Italian mineral water brand based in Taceno, in the mountains above Lake Como. Its water comes from a historic spring in a protected natural park and is naturally filtered through mountain rock over approximately 40 years before being bottled at source. The range includes still Naturale and sparkling Frizzante water, described as soft, balanced and low in minerals, with a neutral pH of 7.6. Designed to complement rather than overpower flavours, the water is presented as a pairing for fine dining, wine and spirits.
The brand emphasizes the natural character of its source and a commitment to sustainable practices. It says its operations include renewable energy and eco-friendly packaging, and highlights the spring’s protected setting and local biodiversity. Acqua di Bianchi invites hotels, restaurants and distribution partners to connect about bringing its water to their customers. With its focus on Italian origin, understated taste and elegant presentation, the brand positions its mineral water for hospitality and discerning dining occasions.
