About Association of California School Administrators
The Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) is the largest umbrella organization for school leaders in the United States, serving over 17,000 educators in California. Our mission is to advocate for students and develop, empower, and inspire equity-minded educational leaders. With a focus on public school students from kindergarten through grade 12, as well as adult learners, ACSA strives to be the driving force of education in California and beyond.
Since its formation in 1971, ACSA has been at the forefront of educational leadership. We are the only association in the nation that encompasses the broad spectrum of the management/ leadership team. Our services and benefits include professional legal support, mentor programs, crisis support, professional learning academies, conferences, credentialing, online learning, leadership coach training, and the New Superintendents Seminar Series.
