ACS Plus

ACS Plus provides expert supported living placements for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, autism spectrum conditions, and enduring, complex or neurodivergent requirements. Its aim is to help individuals make informed choices, take positive risks, participate in their communities and build greater independence. The organisation offers safe, stable and secure placements, with fully trained staff available around the clock, every day of the year. One-to-one assistance is available according to each person’s personalised plan.

Support is tailored to individual needs and may include clear communication using straightforward language and visual aids, structured and meaningful daily activities, and the development of personal pathways. ACS Plus works in consultation with clients, their families, friends and other professionals to support progress toward an independent lifestyle. Its services also include support for people under 21, parents and babies, and individuals from diverse communities. Through its Our House campaign, ACS Plus offers help to LGBTQI+ young adults aged 18 and over who have support needs and want to live independently.
