About Acts for Change Trust
Act for Change Trust is dedicated to catalyzing real change in sustainable food systems in rural communities. Partnering with organizations worldwide, we focus on Agroecology, economic resilience, and climate mitigation projects. Our approach is result-oriented, human-centered, and value-driven, guided by integrity and ethics. With over 8 years of experience, we have provided Programme Cycle Management and coaching services to partners in Kenya.
Our services include training in Practical Agroecology, Bio intensive Kitchen gardens, and Agroforestry. We also offer Project accompaniment and coaching to ensure desired outcomes. Our team of motivated experts works closely with communities to find solutions and create a positive impact. Through training and solidarity approaches, we have impacted over 150 community extension agents and farmers across 12 counties in Kenya.
