Animal Care Trust USA is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on ensuring that beloved pets remain in caring homes, even when their owners face unforeseen circumstances such as disability or death. They specialize in creating pet trusts, legally enforceable plans that clarify who will care for pets, where they will live, and how they will be cared for when their owners can no longer do so. The organization offers a variety of pet trust options, including Forever Loved Pet Trusts and custom solutions tailored to individual needs.

Their Forever Family, Forever Sanctuary, and Forever Home programs provide lifelong care through trusted pet caregivers or dedicated partner sanctuaries. Furthermore, Animal Care Trust USA provides essential resources, webinars, and guidance to help pet owners navigate the complexities of pet trust planning. Founded by Peggy Hoyt, an expert in estate planning for pets, the organization is committed to educating pet parents about protecting their furry family members.

With a passionate team of pet advocates and professionals, they make sure no pet is left alone or abandoned
