Act & Care Ltd is a not-for-profit charity focused on rescuing and supporting animals in need. Through its animal sanctuary, the organisation provides a place for rescue animals and invites the community to help meet their care needs. Its work includes arranging veterinary care and medical treatment, providing food and nutrition, and developing projects to improve the sanctuary and animals’ living conditions.

Supporters can sponsor an individual rescue animal or contribute towards a meal plan, general expenses, or ongoing veterinary and medical costs. The organisation also offers volunteer opportunities, with projects including garden maintenance, trades and maintenance work, and the development of a snake-proof parrot enclosure. These initiatives allow volunteers to contribute practical skills and time to the sanctuary.

Act & Care shares information about its location and animals through a gallery, and encourages people to get involved by volunteering, donating, sponsoring, or contacting its team. The charity’s activities are centred on animal rescue and care, supported by community participation and donations.
