ACTINI designs and manufactures thermal process systems for biological effluent decontamination, liquid sterilization and wastewater pH neutralization. Through ACTINI USA, the brand supports laboratories, research organizations, biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and bioproduction facilities across North America, from early project planning through installation and long-term operation.

Its offerings range from compact, plug-and-play laboratory equipment to high-capacity, customized installations. Decontamination solutions include batch, continuous-flow and point-of-use systems for biohazardous liquid waste, with applications spanning BSL-1 to BSL-4. For process liquids, ACTINI provides continuous sterilizers, including the STERIL’ONE and STERIL’FLEX, for products such as culture media, fermentation broth and other bioprocess materials. Its automated batch and continuous neutralization systems adjust wastewater pH before discharge.

Services cover engineering and design, manufacturing and factory acceptance testing, on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, training, troubleshooting, spare parts, retrofit and revamping. ACTINI also supports testing and qualification activities where required.
