Actionist is an AI automation platform that helps businesses delegate repetitive work to AI employees while keeping people in control of important decisions. Rather than relying on APIs or complex setup, its agents use the apps a team already works with to complete tasks, follow schedules, and return results for review and approval.

Users describe an outcome in plain language, and Actionist turns it into a project with steps, owners, dependencies, and checkpoints. AI employees can support functions including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, HR, legal, operations, research, and administration. The platform offers project planning and tracking, recurring schedules, task execution, approvals, and searchable activity histories. Teams can connect business apps, coordinate work between agents and people, and review results and audit trails in one place.

Actionist is designed to reduce routine workload and keep follow-ups moving, giving employees more time for judgment, creativity, and relationships. Businesses can set permissions and decide which actions run automatically and which require human review.
