Actiris is the public employment service for the Brussels-Capital Region, supporting jobseekers as they enter, return to, or progress in the labour market. Its services help people identify career goals, search and apply for jobs, and make the most of their experience and qualifications. Jobseekers can access coaching, practical application tools, information on vacancies, and guidance with registration and employment-related rights and responsibilities.

Actiris also supports skills development through information about vocational training, work-based learning, language courses, and computer training, as well as ways to assess language and digital skills. For people facing particular circumstances, the organisation provides guidance for young people starting out, workers affected by dismissal, people with disabilities, and those seeking work beyond Brussels or abroad. Actiris also informs employers about hiring assistance and employment measures, including internships, training placements, and other supported arrangements.

Through its services for citizens, employers, and partners, Actiris connects people with employment opportunities and practical support tailored to their needs
