Activator Group

Activator Group is a management consulting and people-development company founded by Carsten Haugaard in 2003. With a mission to develop people, leaders, and organizations, the company helps businesses strengthen leadership and make progress toward their goals. Its services include leadership and team training, project and program leadership, recruitment, field missions, and simulation and training. Field missions are designed to inspire and challenge companies through experiences beyond their usual environments. In collaboration with the Danish Home Guard, Activator Group is developing an online virtual training tool for military instructors.

The group’s wider history includes the establishment of sister company Activator Event in 2005 and the addition of Activator Group International in 2022.
