Activesprouts

Active Sprouts is a mobile children’s enrichment provider serving families, schools, childcares, and event hosts in the United States. Its programs aim to support growing minds and healthy bodies through fun, active, and mindful activities for children of different ages. Offerings include kids’ yoga and mindfulness, dance, fitness, and gym-based play, delivered through classes and workshops that can be brought to schools, childcare settings, homes, backyards, parks, or events.

Families can arrange Backyard Yoga for groups of four or more children, with an instructor visiting weekly at a chosen location. Active Sprouts also offers mobile birthday parties featuring options such as yoga, dance, or slime, and hosts family-friendly events, including puppy yoga classes. Seasonal camps are available at select locations, with some sites offering camps year-round. Schools and childcare providers can work with the team to bring enrichment activities to their communities, while families can find classes, private sessions, and camp options.
