Active8-Planet is a brand that focuses on researching and experimenting with unconventional approaches to teaching and learning in higher education. Their aim is to empower and mobilize students towards future-oriented climate and sustainability actions while enhancing the transformation of university research and knowledge into planet-centered interventions. They provide young people with a platform to act and make a positive impact on the planet.

As an international project co-funded by the European Union, Active8-Planet collaborates with various partners, including IRI UL, Endava, Halmstad University, and Volvo, among others. They offer a range of products and services, such as a card game for raising awareness about environmental and sustainability principles, an interdisciplinary collaboration arena for sharing knowledge and experiences, and a matrix tool that aligns research and development activities with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal.
