Active Divers is a Swedish freediving club for people of all ages who want to explore underwater diving on a single breath. The club welcomes individuals and families, with the basic requirement that participants can swim at least 200 metres. It offers regular training to help members develop their freediving skills, build confidence, and understand how the body adapts underwater.
During the spring and autumn, the club trains in an indoor pool twice a week, with sessions covering activities such as static breath-hold practice. In summer, members can take part in outdoor dives and other diving activities. Newcomers are invited to try freediving through introductory sessions, making it easy to experience the sport before committing to regular training.
Active Divers also shares club news and arranges events, including dive trips and practical activities such as making neck weights. The club encourages steady practice in a supportive setting and invites anyone interested in discovering the quiet, weightless world beneath the surface to join a session
