About Activelink
Activelink is a vibrant hub for Irish non-profit and community organisations, offering an online directory and communication service. With a shared mission to bring about positive change in society, Activelink works closely with non-profit organisations to develop online communications in the public interest. Their goal is to promote action, participation, and the exchange of ideas, experience, and information to create a better world.
Founded in 1999 by Giancarlo Ramaioli, Activelink started as a monthly email bulletin called Community Exchange. It quickly grew into a leading online resource, eventually launching the Activelink Jobs and Volunteering e-bulletin alongside Community Exchange. Today, Activelink provides an effective advertising service to the community and non-profit sector through their website and two emailed e-bulletins, reaching over 25,000 subscribers.
In addition to their communication services, Activelink offers the Irish Links directory, a valuable resource housing details of Ireland's non-profit organisations for easy reference. Activelink is committed to supporting the non-profit sector in Ireland and continues to be a trusted platform for community engagement
