Active OT Hub

Active OT Hub provides Occupational Therapy services for people of all ages across Sydney, including Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta and Rockdale. With over a decade of experience, the organisation offers care in clinics and community settings, including clients’ homes, schools and day-care centres. Its approach is client-centred and holistic, with a focus on helping people build independence, function and safety.

Services include assistive equipment prescription, including complex wheelchair and seating assessments, and therapy tailored to clients’ needs. Active OT Hub also supports skill building for everyday activities, such as meal preparation, and provides practical home modification recommendations. Its occupational therapists conduct functional assessments and help clients navigate access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

For older people and those with changing support needs, services include pressure care, falls prevention and dementia care. The team also provides environmental assessments, equipment recommendations and guidance for families.
