Acton Hill Alpacas

Acton Hill Alpacas is an alpaca breeding farm offering visitors the chance to learn about and spend time with alpacas in a rural setting. The farm combines breeding and stud services with educational activities, animal experiences, workshops and accommodation, providing options for both alpaca enthusiasts and families looking for a distinctive day out.

Visitors can book a 60-minute “Meet the Alpacas” experience, which includes a guided stroll around the paddocks and an opportunity to get up close to the animals. Those seeking a more hands-on activity can add an alpaca walk, learning how to fit a halter and lead an alpaca around the farm with guidance from the team. The business also features champion alpacas, offers alpacas for sale, and provides workshops and stud services.

Guests can stay at Acton Hill Barn, a luxury converted barn with more than 200 years of history, set within the grounds of the breeding farm. The property offers a hot tub and access to nearby woodland and extensive forest trails.
