About ACT on it
Reuben Lowe is a dedicated mental health therapist based at the Melbourne Clinic for Healthscope, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With a passion for improving the lives of young people, he has been active in the field since 2005, focusing on providing the tools necessary for mental health empowerment.
