RAK Foundation

The Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to making kindness an everyday norm. They offer a wealth of free educational resources designed to instill essential kindness skills among students from Pre-K to high school. Their flagship program, "Kindness in the Classroom®," is an evidence-based social emotional learning (SEL) curriculum recognized by CASEL, emphasizing the importance of respect, caring, inclusiveness, integrity, responsibility, and courage. The foundation provides comprehensive lesson plans, training materials, and engaging activities such as kindness challenges, posters, and award certificates for teachers and students alike.

Beyond the classroom, RAK promotes the concept of "Kindness Beyond the Classroom®," extending kindness education into various settings, including workplaces and homes. Their extensive resources also feature calendars filled with daily kindness ideas, inspiring stories, and quotes. By empowering educators and students to embrace kindness, the RAK Foundation builds a compassionate community where kindness skills are cultivated and cherished.
