Acupuncturist

Acupuncturist.nl is the acupuncture practice of Gilles Stoop and Yuhsin Chung, supported by a team of five practitioners. Based in Utrecht and Rotterdam Hoogvliet, the practice has provided full-time acupuncture care since 1998, with more than 25 years of experience. Its approach is personal and considered, taking time to understand each client and offering care alongside, rather than as a replacement for, conventional medical treatment.

The practice focuses on support for fertility and pregnancy, including IVF, ICSI and IUI, as well as miscarriage and menstrual concerns. Other areas include women’s and men’s health, hormonal imbalance, menopause symptoms, tinnitus, stress, fatigue, sleep difficulties, digestive and respiratory complaints, pain, headaches and musculoskeletal issues. Acupuncturist.nl also provides information through videos, articles and a knowledge centre, and offers consultations, treatment sessions and guidance on fees and reimbursement. The team has teaching and international training experience and works with GPs, specialists and fertility clinics.
