AdamS

AS Sports Science, led by Dr. Adam Sullivan, provides strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and sports science consulting for athletes, teams, and sporting organisations. With a PhD in Exercise Physiology, an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science, and more than 10 years of experience in elite sport, Dr. Sullivan specialises in field-based team sports, particularly football and Gaelic games.

For individual athletes, the service offers semi-remote strength and conditioning support, beginning with an in-person planning process to understand the athlete’s needs. This is followed by a detailed assessment and an individualised training programme with coaching support. AS Sports Science also provides performance-oriented end-stage rehabilitation and return-to-play support, helping athletes work towards peak performance after injury.

For teams and organisations, sports science consulting focuses on improving data collection, organisation, analysis, and visualisation. The aim is to streamline workflows across sports science, coaching, and medical departments, enabling data to inform decision-making more effectively. Services are available to sporting teams and organisations worldwide.
