Adamo Bio is a family-run agricultural winery in western Sicily, producing organic wines rooted in the region’s land and traditions. Based between Alcamo and Calatafimi Segesta, the business cultivates native Sicilian grapes using certified organic methods and a considered approach to the soil and natural growing cycles. The winery is based at Baglio Florio, a historic rural estate built in 1875 by the Florio family and acquired by the Adamo family in the 1930s.
