Adanus Çiğköfte

Adanus Çiğköfte is a food brand serving çiğköfte, a traditional Anatolian specialty made from bulgur and seasoned with ingredients such as garlic, tomato paste, salt, chili, and other spices. The dish is presented as a meat-free, vegan alternative to meat-based meals. Its preparation requires extended kneading, which helps create its distinctive texture and flavor. Because it is made with wheat, çiğköfte is also a filling option.

The brand introduces customers to the dish’s background through accounts of its origins, including traditional stories connected to Abraham and the city of Urfa. Adanus Çiğköfte operates locations in Berlin’s Wedding and Friedrichshain neighborhoods, where customers can explore its menu and dishes or place an order directly. Each branch provides its own contact telephone number, and the brand also offers an email contact for inquiries. With its focus on a well-known regional specialty, Adanus Çiğköfte brings an Anatolian food tradition to Berlin and offers diners a flavorful plant-based choice.
