ADAPTE is a Brazilian social-impact company founded in 2019 that applies behavioral science to improve learning, work, and everyday living environments. Inspired by its founders’ experiences as neurodivergent people and parents, the organization aims to promote well-being, participation, and greater autonomy throughout life. Its services combine training, supported implementation, and on-the-job coaching, drawing on applied behavioral science, including ABA, and emotional regulation approaches such as DBT.
